Calling all non-librarians: a few questions for you

A friend of mine is doing a quick survey and I said I would ask all my internet friends to help out.

I have a really quick favor that should take you 3 minutes or less. Of course, many of you don’t have 3 minutes, and I totally understand, but if you do, would you be willing to fill out a 5 question survey? It is about librarians and libraries, and if by some strange coincidence you ARE a librarian, please don’t participate.
